Dr. James Foo, PT, DPT

Dr. James Foo received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2016. He has extensive experience treating orthopedic, neurological, sports, and post-operative injuries while working throughout New York City.

James is passionate about developing strong client relationships and helping guide them toward their fitness/performance goals. He holds several certifications, including USA Track and Field Level 1 coach, Road Runners Club of America running coach, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) mobility specialist, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) practitioner.

James enjoys competing in endurance races and is a team captain of Brooklyn Track Club. When not training for his next race, he also loves traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
